She came to me wanting to make big changes and we certainly did that 😊 we talked, I was able to write her a bespoke nutrition programme and we spoke every week to give her the accountability and support she needed, all this through lockdown and finishing Uni 😫.
.
She is a special person inside and out and I could not be happier she now has the tools to fuel her training and demanding job for years to come 👏.

“After being recommended by some friends at the gym, I approached Lorne, and I can honestly say I am so happy that I did. I was training six days a week, and I wasn't happy with the results that I saw or got in training, and how I felt about the way I looked. The events of the last few months have been very taxing for us all in many ways, but to see someone use them as positively as possible was just awesome 😊.

“Having trained consistently for a number of years, I’d seen improvements in strength and fitness but never really any significant changes in how I looked. Aesthetics had never really been a focus for me but the fact that my body wasn’t changing alongside improvements in strength and conditioning told me my diet wasn’t right. I knew I had some very bad habits around food so decided to contact Lorne having seen the progress others had made under his guidance. .
Working with Lorne has been great because his knowledge is scientifically based and cuts through all of the bullshit bro-science articles you find online. Working with the structured but adaptable approach Lorne put together for me meant it was easy to hold myself accountable for my food choices and meant I could quickly break many of the bad eating habits I’d developed over the years. ATTENTION: LONG READ INCOMING 👀 
Today I was due to complete my Ironman 70.3, life said otherwise.

I approached Lorne because I was training 15 hours per week preparing for an Ironman, and I was feeling lethargic, always hungry, not losing weight and lacking results.

I thought I knew everything about nutrition, it turns out I knew nothing. I’ve been exercising for over 12 years, bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, surfing, triathlons. No matter the exercise I’ve never fully understood what my body needs. 
I’ve fallen for every trick in the book, juice diets, high carb / low carb, high fat / low fat, paleo, fasting, weight loss pills. I’ve seen so called social media influencers post how ‘their’ 6 week plan and ‘their’ little green shake in the morning will help ‘you’ lose 100 kilo in ten minutes. 
It’s all a load of waffle. 
Lorne gave me an education on nutrition, and my attitude towards my body is night and day to what it was before. We hit target weight, hit multiple PB’s, adapted to a huge change in training, whilst moving country, working 60+ hours a week amongst many other things.

We walk around in this body of ours and we don’t even understand how it works. Get in touch with this man, it will change your life.
